Last night I started really being tempted to build my own solution for tracking the movies/games/books that I watch/play/read. I like using the existing stuff, but I love the idea of having all of that data for myself...

Anyone use Spotify on a family plan? What's your situation?

I want to play my 3DS more.

The idea of a dedicated, simple platform for just posting images is undervalued in my opinion. Old Instagram was this. That, without the filters even, would be a really cool thing I think. I know PixelFed is this but nobody is there, that's the other half.

Rewatching Season 1 of Severance in preparation for Season 2, and damn this show is good.

We use emojis so much every day, but any attempt I've seen at organizing your favourites is flawed in some way. iOS just shows "recent", so I can't predict if it'll be there. Discord allows favourites, but you can't reorder without deleting. Just a hassle.

This is a pretty good idea for keeping track of not just the "what" for passwords, but also the "why". I might have to try some of this.

I enjoy services like Letterboxd and Backloggd for tracking movies and games respectively. But I can't help but also think that I'd rather build my own tool so that I own the data myself and I control which features are in the UI too.
